4, I was somehow able to sprain my ankle walking yesterday and now feel quite disabled. Ah well, will be easier to focus on reading then.. A pity that it's my birthday in three days, however.

Things are changing here. Time will tell what it all brings.
Got my Sapphire and Steel DVD set come through which I love.
Going to sleep early as they are making horrendous noise here in mornings putting in central heating.

I stabbed myself in the gum with a cocktail umbrella, and it's been bleeding for over 3 hours now. Everything I eat or drink mixes with it and tastes horrible. It's REALLY bugging me now, and I'm soooo hungry.

I'm about a 5.9
a 5 because I ALMOST heard from my friend today, I know she tried, but STILL I wanted to talk the her...

up to the .9 because I found a FREE WIFI hotspot to get on with my PSP, YAY and I had a good day at work.

Still I miss my friend! :(

The scale is -10 to +10, not -23.75 to +10. Using a number lower than -10 serves to trivialise the problems of people who adhere to the scale.


It's a joke. I use humour to mask my extreme depression. I'm not trivialising anyone's problems, but you have no idea how I'm feeling so don't.
