Well, some of the real compliment whores of the earlier days of this thread aren't around any more - or at least, not in this thread. Not that I have an irrational hatred for them and take great pleasure in their absence, of course  So the compliments don't flow as freely as they used to.

I am a bit bummed out that I did not have the balls to ask some of my friends if they wanted to go to the "Love Rally"{another save-the-world event} with me tommorow at Pioneer Courthouse Square. Mind you, an anti-war march will go right past PCS and it may get a bit tense, if the marchers decide to crash the rally.

2. If she puts her hands around my neck like that again, there will be problems. She cannot "force" me to do anything, regardless of what she says.

Somewhere around -11, but rising gradually because it looks like I may actually achieve something today, for once.

Who_Am_I - Sorry to hear you're feeling low, what's bugging you?
I have to do my "Please stick to the -10 to +10 scale" bit at this point. I've explained it enough times before, so now I'm just using an abbreviated version :P

Me: 8 (would be higher, but I'm tired)

The mommy part of me: 1 (One of those "can we just fast-forward to his third birthday, please?" moments. :P )

We had a nice evening together, but at bedtime he has begun the typical twos behavior of asking for something and then asking for the opposite if you try to comply. If you actually tried to give him what he asked for, it would go something like this: "Book please. NO!! ! NO BOOK!! !! ! :x :x :x :x :x " "Kiss!! ! NO!! ! NO KISS!! !! Mommy? Kiss puh-lease? ...NOOOO!! ! Song? Song? ALL DONE SONG!! ! HOT MILK! NO! COLD MILK! NO! HOT!"

Ah, we'll nip this behavior in the bud. 8) Every night is a little better than the last. He is getting used to the idea that Mommy isn't game for that kind of nonsense.

-10. Which actually means that I'm feeling worse than before, but I wouldn't want to trivialise the problems of people who manage to stay on the scale, like I did in my earlier post.
:(

It's from -10 to +10, zero being neutral.

Thanks for getting back on-scale. Didn't mean for it to upset you. What's bugging you?
