It's from -10 to +10, zero being neutral.

It's late

Minus eight and a half, then.

-10. Which actually means that I'm feeling worse than before, but I wouldn't want to trivialise the problems of people who manage to stay on the scale, like I did in my earlier post.
:(

Thanks for getting back on-scale. Didn't mean for it to upset you. What's bugging you?

Various things. Not being good enough at anything I do, my father being an a***hole, worries about uni, loneliness...

Upgrade to -5. My mother came home. I feel safer with her here.

Daniel: I agree with you, but I'm sorry you think that life sucks.

I'm saddened to hear that (due to reasons that are obvious). You need not put up with abuse from anyone. I hope your situation improves.

Life is just one inane and idiotic challenge after another and the only light at the end of the tunnel is usually darkness. Fun times (I'm a little slow on the uptake and it took me this long to figure it out).

4. Life is hard. I think we need to work on what makes us most comfortable, and small pleasures...
perhaps things will improve for us. But we are at a point in history when Aspergers is not widely known.. I think the next generation of Aspergers children will find life a bit easier than us, though not easy by any means...

Paranoia (high being strong paranoia): 5/8 gah!
Meeting expectations: 2/7 :? :( confusing lol
Will power: 4/9 :? Again confusing

I'm going for a 5 today.

Ultra Magnus never arrived in the post  which is truly soul-destroying, but I'm getting a new pair of boots today, and my Mum is visiting, so all in all it's not that bad. Just would've been *better* if Amazon/Postal Service were more reliable.

The truth works better than meaningless and hollow words. Empathy is only empathetic when you mean it; the truth can give illumination where one never knew such existed, i.e., why bother trying to make life "better" when it's always goin' to suck?

Follow the tunnel of suck and you may just reach that place where suck doesn't exist, or you might not.

Go ahead and bury yourself in your own pessimism, but remember that not everyone shares your mindset! There are plenty of people who still try (and succeed) to better their lives, rather than giving up and wallowing in defeat.

And anyway, even hollow words can be nice when you're feeling especially low, just so you know that someone cares even the smallest amount. Enough to try and say something.

No, pessimism is saying there's no light at all. Realism is seeing life objectively for what it is: darkness and light; which I swallow. (The intangible question is, if death is darkness, does that make life light? It sure doesn't look glistening to me.) Knowing the truth knows the truth. Sitting in subjective defeat may be success for one and hell for another; trying may be hell for one or success for another, the coin has two sides and you're only seeing one, I see both. If life is to be good, it's got to suck.

Yeah, if you like lies, I don't deal in those however. Lies don't equate to "caring" in my mind.

I am freezing...it is this time of year when I start to wonder why I love England so much. I hate being cold. Plus I am worn out as I woke up in agony from womens' troubles which I should have gotten to dr about by now.
