i am not unsucked, but flickering.

i am a 9, then a 3. flickering, flickering. less seconds of 3's than 9's in the last hour but it is so hard to keep the flicker still.

About a +5, stable and deciding what I should do today. First I'll get a mocha from an espresso stand. Put up with the espresso stand girls attempts to flirt with me, then make myself look like an ass or ret*d trying to flirt back. The usual.

Aww, come on! I doubt you look ret*d. And if they really -are- flirting, then you've got nothing to lose by playing along.

Daniel, that "follow the tunnel of suck" line really resonates with me. I mean, you've pretty much summed up a whole body of works about existential psychology in one sentence. I'm not kidding.

No more of this nonsense - I'm back up to about 6... c'mon mood! Keep 'em coming mind.

Dude... it's scary I can't control when I go up and down to much of an extent... so I'm going to have to look out for lower mood state soon... but now I shall revel in strong confident 6.

To top that, the light rail system is down for the weekend so I will bus there.

I'm about a +7 now.

Mostly it is this one girl in particular at a espresso stand I go to. Every time I go there, she is all giddy and flirty. I try to play along, sometimes I get it right and leave with a smile on my face and a tip in her jar. Most of the time I screw up like I blurt something in a rude tone that ends it right there, I leave with my ego diminished.

Even though I'm nervous of her, I still keep coming back no matter how many times I think I screwed up.

The flirtation is a 'hook' to keep guys coming back and for tips, most likely. I try to play along anyway.


However this time she wasn't there and a guy was there... he complimented my yellow pickup.. how flattering!

3. Listless and tired (I've slept something like 14 or 15 hours all ready; sleep is not really needed at this point). Dreading tonight. I should probably go outside and make a concentrated effort to get along with everyone so I won't get in trouble again, but, ah, I don't feel like it.

Every time I try to be nice everyones a jerk and when Im negative everyone gets impatient I dont understand.. What the f**k am I supposed to do?

I've always tried to be nice to you, username88; I'm sorry if I come off like a jerk sometimes. I was just going to ask you if you've had some kind of stroke regarding your comment about my eyes pics, but had I done that, I would have been joking, I swear.

I hope you feel better, Graelwyn. Sounds like it's rather chilly where you are; it's gotten quite chilly here where I am too; I'm wearing my long underwear tonight trying to stay warm. I often hover my hands around the lightbulb in my reading lamp to warm them up a bit when they get frosty...

I had crept up to nearly +4.5 over a bit of fun writing I'd done in the forums today... But I just remembered, we're loosers and jerks, all; any happiness I might happen upon is transient at best, more of a tease than anything to grasp... Oh well, back to a comfy 0 for me.
