Don't overdo it.
Once got shin splints from that...acutely painful, lol.

Thanks. I set times (or distances, depending on what I'm doing) to make sure that I don't overdo it; otherwise, I'll have no idea when to stop. I'm kinda oblivious to it all.
Ouch. Shin splits don't sound like fun at all. I hope it didn't last too long.

About a month as I was so hooked on the exercise I kept doing lots of it :oops: I got them rollerskating a considerable time each day.

Anyway, I am a 4.

I dont think its due to anyone here.. More to myself. Im never going to live up to my mental/spiritual/physical standards or live my life dream. I realize the majority of people Ive f****d up with arent as*holes, its just because I f****d up, thats why they never want to see my face again, or be caught dead in my presence. Im done thinking the world is mean to me, I was given all the chances on Earth, but it was ME who was never able to succeed. Its my own fault, not theirs. Ive never gotten anywhere in life, and I never will. What to do? I know not.. Nothing left to do, nothing to look forward to. Self destruction is generally against my personal nature and Im tired of trying, its a neverending conflict within myself.. Maybe one day Ill get lucky.

Not feeling too well, i've come over a little blotchy. I fear I may have discovered a new allergy. :( Plus, my internet still fails to work at my new Uni home, hence i've not been able to get on here for what seems like forever. :(
