Up to -7 now that I know it wasn't me. I don't know why I thought that.

My right arm has been messed up for the past few days, every time I move the shoulder it hurts. I've had a hard time sleeping because of it. It's been ruining my shot in basketball recently too. Usually when I cramp exercising works it out, but I don't think this one is a cramp. I just feel pretty physically crappy because I haven't been able to exercise in the last few days and it's putting me in a bad mood.

I'm stronger than this.

About 5.5 Monday College is over so that's good lol... assignments become more numerous and mighty... that's bad... lol
Things will pick up for Wednesday... tomorrow might be tough but Wednesday will be easy enough. Hopefully.

5.7... I examine my situation - things are good... all I have to put my mind to is doing away with these assignments, and inevitably once they're gone I'll be a little more elated. Other stuff looks fine... hard work and persistency, with a bit of confidence and high self-esteem thrown into the mix has created a strong character within. I worry though, about my frightening confidence swings... right now yeah, I'm alright see... last week went down a gem... positive vibes have been given off... people who respect me, some of them who know me in more detail tend to think I'm a strong guy...

BUT well... you know... I do have inconsistency problems... confidence does on occasion sway in the wrong direction. If you take Werder Bremen's last 9 matches: -

I use Werder Bremen as a metaphor for myself. Look at some of them horrendous losses, but also look at some of those great victories.

I've taken a bit of an emotional kick in the face today, but I'm taking it quite well.

High pollen count (~1700 when "high" is 500). Headache. Tried sleeping that off. Didn't make a phone call because of that. Got very little done in terms of job hunt today. Must have eaten something bad, stomach isn't feeling right. Didn't make that phone call...

All that, I'll put it somewhere around a 5. Not horrible, and I know it'll improve this evening, but not great.

I rescheduled both my Dexus Scan{bone scan}, originally set for October 26th & my doctor's appoinment, originally set for November 2nd, and got away with it!

My Dexus Scan is now set for November 21st and my doctor's appointment is now set for December 28th, when it is more conveient.
