...Buye , I don't think you quite understand that:
(1) No one has described what I have now as gangerous .
(2) As I said , I could do such an operation , if nessecary - But , it is NOT that there's anybody over there gesturing me " Come on , get an operation now " the question of the rehab aside ~ Look , I'm not sure I mentioned this at WP , but the nursing home I was at cut down the medical care I was getting there to next to nothing , literally , after they said my Medicare had run out .
I'd like to get to my d4estination in Washington , where I have a connection to a WP friend too , and start things going with Social Services up there - which could lead to such that operation , yes .

...I am up to 5 infraction tickets from the po-po (???) here to date , that and a cop to-day rather warning me for another...That's the tickets which , eventually , non-attended piled up into the 2013 jail time , and there's a nonresolved situation connected to older still San Francisco ones , too ! !! !! !! !!

...OK , to pick this up ~ I did make my way up to Oly7mpia , Washington , and AWAY FROM THE GREATER BAY AREA , which was what iwanted .
However , I have problems up here .
I acknowledge hat I have to ,p robably , get that amputation - But , I would want to prepare for it , briefl .
Sort of , when I didn't immediately OK an amputation , (the hospital , while admitting that they had no rehab in mind for me ~ If I have to get my big toes amputated I will IMMEDIATELY need rehab ! !! !! ~ wanted me to OK an amputation there and the , the first time I went) the hospital up here started demanding I go to umpteen cliniics to get this/that set up ~ I don't have a cell phone (The one I had was stolen , along with luggage/clothes/more , early on in this  .) , and , along ith my bad foot , I have to carry umpteen things around , and I am very tight on money , considering the expense of buses ! !! !! !! !! !
I am fully homeless now , as in sleeping outside , and don't have any storage place to leave some of my stuff , which would help .
The WP friend who invited me up here got sick just before I left for here , and has been unable to meetme , or first-hand help , so that's a disappointment . I'd thought tat , even if I was HL now, I'd be a bit more connected/have more stuff by now .
I don't have two full sets of clothes , so I can't wash what I've got .
The possibility of being arrested exists .
A problem happened with a weird/unreasonable staff member in the office at a Salvation Army shelter I was sent to (Not someone in the shelter , they were OK) led to me having to leave ~ There was already a problem there of: (1) Me not getting enough sleep (2) The shelter being located where it was leaving me a problem of hanging around there all day not doing much after I was roistered out early (& technically violating , I guess , " no loitering " rues)...Or spend quite bi of money every day on bus rided to and fro downtown .
(3) , I'm emphasizing , is that - at times - I cough a lot , I guess it's the " rainy-climate/spores from it even-when-it's-not-raining " , and at times I REALLY ! cough...
Again , I have to carry too much stuff , can't get a storage place/locker now (Actually , I have asked for mail from my former GBA digs to be forwarded up here , which could include both cash money , checks , personal letters , a replacement for my stolen California Medicare equivalent and more _ However , at this moment , carrying so much stuff , it's problematic to go pick it up .
If I could even get a locker and a touch more clothes , etc. (Getting a replacement for the stolen cellphone , well :(...)

...I have had it for a long time .
It was only on one toe , the left big toe , before .
It was IIRC about late 2011 that I moved to Santa Cruz and , at that time , the doctor who saw me rather pushed me to okay an amputation --- Except that he was double-talking/non-specific about the fact that he wanted to do an amputation ! He didn't tell me that . :(
Typical bossy/taking-over-your-life/" I know everything " doctor:-(...

The only November through March bit is the paragraph where it says, "November through March", all the rest of the phone numbers and such are for whenever needed. There is one at the bottom that says specifically *winter months only. Calling any of them will at least get you started with information about getting shelter and food.

OK , it was only the normal-typography lines , not the darker ones , basic , I imagined that that was the case , but now you have told me .
Thank you .
The St. Mikes/Sacred Heart doesn't appear to be operative , I assume the Safe Parking thing is for " homeless-in-cars " , I don't have on , the Quixote is probably too " nice " for me to likely get in any time soon ! - Or at all , " now " anyhows .

...Continuing with Santa Cruz-on and my toes , likely a little condensed...
That doctor wanted to take out my bone/ampuate , BUT HE DID'NT specify it to me ! !! !! !! !! !!
Typical " trying to keep me in the dark/big boss " Dr. ! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! f**k .
I was out and back again at the hospital ER in the ensuing months ~ At one time , I sort of gave up , and thought:
" Okay , okay okay...I'll give Big Daddy what Big Daddy wants and maybe Big Daddy will be nice to me if I let him Cut , Cut , Cut , maybe he'll be nice to me afterward because I gave hime what he wants "...I went in that time , but (1) The doctor on then was not so Cut , Cut , Cut-oriented and (2) I guess my feet were in better shape than they were at the earlier time .
Jumping ahead to the jail time I did during April-May 2013 , I was in the " main " County Jail , in downtown Santa Cruz .
It was a " non-troublemakers/-violent " wing/cellblock , I guess , but it definitely WAS NOT " low " or " medium " security , there is a medium-security jail known as " The Farm " in Santa Cruz county in Watsonville ~ My medical situation , I guess my toe and perhaps other stuff , precluded going there .
I was pretty jailhouse idle (essentially 24-7 in a block about the size of a junior HS classroom , two levels , with the people on the bottom level ~ mine ~ about 17-19 during the week and 24-27 maybe after the weekend) , I was maybe 100 yards away from the nurse's stations and the majority of days did get some sort of bandages/pills for the foot infection and treatment/wrapping ~ After 3-ish weeks of this , at the end , my bad toe had considerably improved , I would say it had 40% healed , the wound was smaller and there was nice new pink skin :D - The last time it was treated was maybe 2 days before I left .
After I left , about 36 hours later I saw my foot non-bandaged ~ Even by then , the bad toe , after being walked upon , had started going downhill ~ Which it continued :( .
I don't know whether it would have been internally healing in a manner different from the outside at that point (in May 2013) or not , if those were separate things then ~ As they apparently are now  .
Jumping ahead , about late 2013 my other , until then " good " , right toe started to go bad too .....................

...Yesterday , I wrote down some information from the number I was given , but I lost the piece of paper  ~ and had to do it again to-day :( , and save it for too-morrow still :( .
I'll be homeless with a fairly considerable amount of money in my pocket :( .
My lower legs hurt so much :( ~ feet , too : .(

...I'm n ot doing well now , I am fully homelesds - sleeping outsde3 - and , though at one point I wase on a track leading to - that OPERATION - IT TURNED OUTNOT TO BE SO , MORE FU**G me over by Big Hospital/Big Nurse/Big Doctor , as has thened to happen MY WHOLE FU**NG LIFE  .
[BTW , one of my hands has been asleep the last day-plus , that's why I cqapitalized the4 fir4st time above ~ The sec ond was intentional ~ BecaUSE OF THE HAND BEING ASLEEP , I MAY STUMBLE IN MY TPING , AND I WON'T CORRECT SO MUCH . oKAY ?] [Like , right there . I am not a trained typist , and have4 to look at the keyboard .]
One , the main homeless shelter here thre4w me out BECAUSE of the bad toes (They had a hissy after , while there and walking to the bathroom in the night , I stubbed my toe :-( .)
To, te WP frienwho invited me up here got sick while I was on the way ad , though we are stil in contact , whe has never met me . ~ And , he was going to try and introdsuce me to people in an Aspie club he goes to , and try to get some help ~ He tells me that he has tried , but no one iws intersteed .
My " luggae " (What I carry my clothes , sleep items , etc. in) are faling apart ~ But they're s eavy that my back aND FRAME HURT MUCH OF THE TIME , I WONDWER IF I AM CRIPPLING MYSELF FOREVER .
Briefly , FOR HOSPITALS , THE " ER " ONE IN THIS COUNTY HAS MADE3 IT CLEAR THAT THEY
hate me .
I went to the next county then , but , though it seemed to be alright , that hospital indicating to me that they'd let me go , let me do some very important things before I took the operation , release me to someqwhere where I could go out during the day , I thought I'd be ready for the operation in a weekish ~ But , in fact , they dumped me in a place with dementia patients that wouldn't let me go out at all , so I checked out. {There was an indication that they pictured themselves keeping me longer than a weekish ,~ which would have meant more money for them , of course : .](
I now don't know that I could ever trust that hospital again , after such typical Big Doctor " You're nothing ! " behavior towards me !
At least barring something tgood turning up here , maybe I should go to another city/town in WA and try to re-start there - but that would cost money , etc.
As far as " luggage " , maybe a really large backpack , such as the really large Ruged Exposure bps they have at the Big 5 chain , would reduce the strain somewhat .
For a jacket , maybe some sort of cold/rain jack , really large and closeable all the way and with LOTS of pockets (Including interior ones .) would help ~ Those are expensive and - really LARGE , and high-quality - are hard to find .
IT's not raine much in my time4 here but that's not going to last forever obviously .
Again , the main shelter here doesn't want mebecause of the foot woundws .
I have thought that , if I could just sleep in someone's garden shack out back/GARAGE , CLEARING OUT DURING THE DAY BUT LEAVING MY STUFF DURING THE DAY , I COULD STRAIGHTEN OUT THE THINGS I NEED STArightening up here (Oh , and I bought a ~ low-end , cheap , " pay-as-you-go " minutes plan phone . it got almost immediately stolen :cry .) , and then I could maybe get the operaztion here or go on to elsewher, and try to start it there But , no  .
I have had to , with asleep hand :( , pound this out during a library hour , please excuse the non-corerections , I DON"T (really) HAVE TIME !

...I should point out a VERY MAJOR point regarding - what could happen - if I had " that " operation now ~ I think that a hospital might , easily , after cutting ofdf both of my toes , d3clare " They're , you're better now , be on your way " and instantly kick me out WITHOUT arranging for any kind of rehab* TO HELP ME LEARN HOW TO WALK AGAIN WITH ONLY &&1/@ TOES !
You do realize , don't you , that if I was to learn how to walk around that way , I would need rehab to help me do so ?
Howe3ver , in this-county hospital explicitly said to me at one time , in speaking of a potential operation , " Oh , you might not need rehab " and the other-county hospital didn't , anyway , want to commit themselves to me getting rehab .
Don't they ~ and you ~ see that , agani , after amputation I would need this ? Very much so ?
More typical Big Doctor/Hospital-ism , " There , we've cut your toes off , be on your way you're all better now ~ Um , here's a referral , come by in a week or so " , leaving me immediately worse off !
Again , I could just use az little help , in so many things ,,, :(...

...I will , one more time , point out that:
I DO want the operation , it is that ~ basically ~ I want to starighten out some circumstances in my life , such as mail (including legal papers/stuff/money) that has never followed me from San Jose to Washington state
Be able to contact people
have some music (to help me in lerarning to walk again) & readin g matter that I ALREADY HAVE ! , having sent it for temporary holding to a WP friend of mine , sent to me .
See ? :(
And , even doctors say I need the operation but it is NOT an emergency situationa nd I am not gangerous .
I am in Seattle now , with aching feet , aching frame from being " carry-your-stuff-around-all-day " homeless , and not knowing this a rea , besides having no personal transportation , and no cell phone (Had TWO stolen ~ about $200 worth ~ in last 5-ish months . ) .

...Also , BTW , I now have the diagnosis of " congestive heart failure " , from my more recent hospitalizations , on top of all else :( .
