-2.
The sleep deprivation is a killer for the mind.
Woken up early for a week running now by horrendous banging by men working on the apartment above mine. It is a nightmare and I must confess today I reached my limit and screamed, shouted and threw a glass against the wall. I wouldn't mind had the same thing not happened at my last place.

5. Tired from being dragged out to the shopping mall, but not depressed or stressed.

-10. Hearing about another suicide, let alone someone that I liked, after a bad day has made me feel horrible.

2.25

I have a meeting tommorow with a woman from a theatrical production company so I am starting to get cold feet about it. Because of my age, there is a possibility I could be feeling guilty about this for some time after.

-7. Whenever I hear about a suicide, I get horribly tempted all over again.

On the scale mentioned in the original post...

1.5.

On a scale with negatives (Which change it up a lot)...

-7.8

I don't understand life at all. I'm not suicidal or cutting myself (I'd think those would be -9 to -10), but I'm really depressed.

I know how that is.

"Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening"

By Robert Frost

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

That is one of my all time favorite poems! Thanks, it helped. :)

-10. I miss my GameCube, my PS2 version of Resident Evil 4 and the fact I'll never play the original RE games, as well as the new ones.

I wanted company tonight as I absorb the suicide of a beautiful girl.

For some, death appears as a better state of existence than life. It's not a good or a bad thing, it's sad for some of us, happy for others; it's telling of the life that some of us live.

A few or so points.
