4: Was much lower earlier as I had an argument with someone at tea time. I don't like him much anyway but he was quite horrible. So there you go. No Mild on at the pub - can you believe it? Anyway...

10. I have lots of plans made for the third week of my New Life. I'm going to keep busy with chores, at my clubhouse, with my dog and with my friends. I still plan to post here, during the short breaks, in between.

6: Calmed down a bit now. I misread the situation badly. Never mind - everyone does. Glad to hear the above poster is taking my advice and looking into a life of their own. It's all a bit mixed today:

I've got three meetings back-to-back, which I didn't organise or want to be at : 3

Some idiot leaflet distributor has just accosted me on my way to grab some lunch - didn't even MY body language signal that I did not want them in my face? : 2

Glad to be back on WP though, after a weekend away from a PC : 7

So I guess on average I'm on a 4 today

1. Feeling very low, and I'm not entirely sure why. Nothing new, but just the same. I even won for the magazine cover competition - I spent a few hours (stressing out/) making that cover last night - but now I wish I had never entered. There's a copy next to me right now. It's good. I can't understand why I feel even worse.

Plus, I have the feeling that I'm posting too often in this thread. (Add the fact that my numbers are usually low...)

using aaron's scale, nearing negative 2. don't know why. well, partially do, but it doesn't make sense. gonna try to drink myself to sleep.
