7 (I was worried about my cat earlier, but the vet didn't find anything major wrong.)

8! Did a EMDR (www.emdr.com) therapy to get rid of my post traumatic stress disorder / depression a few weeks ago, did that in 1 week and it worked 1 week after. After 5 years of pain and "zombiefying" anti-depression meds, I'm free once more!


I feel great now and I'm oozing with self-confidence! Though I'm getting to the point of cockyness, and that ain't good in my experience, better be a realist then an optimist as Aspie. (atleast in my life that is) Gotta acknowledge my weakness still and componsate it with my strength.

probably about a -3.5 to -4.

Nothing in particular just feel dark today.

Want to shift it but haven't managed it yet.

9. Overall a good day. Talked further with the man I interviewed with recently for a job I really want. Lots of positive feedback, gave me the impression that at this point I might even be their top pick. Hoping that works out, but just getting some feedback lets me breathe a little easier.

Only one thing that could really make today any better, but that's been true for weeks now.

5 sounds about right... now that I understand some more stuff about life.

I'm at a 5.5... okay, could be better, need to get 4 things straightened out.


I need to go to Social Services and fill out that report thing.

I need to reschedule my appointment with Dr. Duncan.

I need to reschedule my appointment with the woman who's giving the IQ test, adn I left her a message but it never stopped; there wasn't a closing beep thing so I dunno if it went thru.

I need to ask Dr. Ginter for a prescription refill; I'll be running out soon again. They just told me to ask Scott D. about it tho.

back to 2, i shouldnt let people get to me, especially people who dont know me.
my parents and people i care about know what i am about and what i try to do, they are all that matter in the end and im glad i have them.

I'm trying to be more in that "Give anyone who gives me beef a boot to the head" mood, but I'm not that much of a harda**.

+6 Great day today, On the way to work there was a beautiful sunrise coming up over the horizon. It had pinks and oranges in a layer of wispy clouds. With a full veiw of Mt Rainier and it was casting a shadow on the clouds. That started off my day well. Plus it was an easy day. That's always a plus.

I also found a "____" today and threw it at one of my coworkers. Haha he was quite ticked, but in a sorta sarcastic way I think. He was panicked though that it could have diseases, it's probably been outside for a while I doubt it has any. All the while I was laughing hysterically. Another high point of my day.
