Right now about a 4. Been in a depressive slump for the past couple of weeks, (not suicidal thanks to meds, just a zombie), neglecting my studies at school, wondering why the hell I'm doing this, feeling pessimistic about my chances of graduating, future career, not looking foward to hollidays, etc.

i'm tired, cold and a little blue...
but not blue from the cold.

i sometimes wish things could be a lot different than they are,
but then if they were, who's to say they'd be better?

they could be a lot worse.

so i'll take my 3.
at least it's not the -10 it usually feels like.

I feel sad and lonely and apprehensive for some reason. Bored too, but it's the least of my problems. I'm understimulated, or don't know what I want or something.
