Hmm.... dedicate to exercising on a regular basis (three times per week for 30 to 60 minutes each time), fairly good at creative writing, friends have said I am a loyal friend, and excellent student when apply myself. Took piano in 6th grade and want to play again since it has been several years since I played. Usually a hard worker as noted by most supervisors although would like to become more assertive and better at playing office politics. May look for a good mentor.

I can be funny, I guess, though I don't think it comes off as much in writing. I work hard at goals I'm given and don't try to put responsibility on others(unlike past coworkers). Might be able to say I'm decent at drawing, maybe a bit better at cartoons than with anything even the least bit realistic.

Five Positive Things About Me:
* I'm very intelligent (137 IQ)
* I'm extremely caring and empathic (affective empathy, the kind autism doesn't impact)
* I'm highly creative and a very good writer
* I'm a self-advocate
* I've been researching rare syndromes since I was 14 and I know as much as some clinical geneticists in that specific area

I'm materially comfortable
I'm tall and blonde
I'm reasonably good looking

I'm pretty resilient, I've survived some tough times

I'm good at writing

I'm a good Mum

I'm a loyal friend and confidante

I have a good sense of humour, although I show it more in my writing, I'm very quiet in person.

I can sing a bit (too shy to sing in front of others though)

I'm pretty intelligent intellectually. I'm also great at playing video games and drawing when I have nothing else to do.

I put on 40lbs over the past 3 years since I quit smoking. In the past 2 weeks I've lost 12lbs at the gym.

I am smart well book smart and also I am into exercise. In high school I swam twice per day once in the morning at 5:30 am (it was painful waking up so early) and then swam in the afternoon also. In college and beyond I continue to exercise with aerobics and/or jogging and walking. Once a colleauge said that swimming a few times per week was her antidepressant and she may have been on to something since I do notice that I feel better after exercising. :hail:
