It's funny, today I went from depressed ( about 1.32 ) of not having any friends anymore and sense of massive detachment of reality to finding something on the internet relating to a very unhealthy fascination of mine. That caused me to feel like all of the sudden vast oceans of new opportunity were being opened up and somehow everything could work out in a magnificent manner. I felt soo exhilarated that I had to go outside for a smoke and on the walk I took afterwards I couldn't stop laughing for like 15 minutes because I felt soo awesome and great. (10+) Then I came home took a shower and tried to sleep since it was already 3 a.m in the morning but I couldn't because I felt all jittery and now 2 hours later I feel like s**t again. But worse. -5.65

Still unhappy but an old close person from my past has sort of returned after years, which is helping me and is interesting timing.
