Seriously, it led to a suicide attempt by me one time. I was forced into social situations I wasn't ready for, and I had to tackle learning how to manage a relationship when I didn't even know how to look somebody in the eye when I talked or how to make friends. I didn't know what I was doing, and I was taken advantage of and made the laughing stock of the community. And even when you want to hermit up in despair, you'd get called out by someone and the situation would get drug out into the open yet again.

Imagine that with a cycle of girls, and you get where I'm coming from. My emotions were played like a fiddle and each blow my heart took drove me to despair. Sorry if I came off snobbish with that quote, but just because you are viewed physically attractive by many people doesn't mean you'll come with your own set of AS problems. In ways, it's even amplified them.

Nah, no problem man! Emotions are hard to detect over the internet! :thumright:

It's something that I've overcome after a few years of perseverance, and romantic issues are something that I love to help other AS people out with since I've garnered some considerable experience with it... both good and bad.

My ocd has taken over my life and at times, it feels it would be easier to just stab myself. I just want to be 'normal' or at least less messed up than I am

And I wish my weight and size no longer mattered.
5'9 and a half and 131 ibs isn't light enough, yet when I was 140, I thought 133 would be perfect. Now I want to be 124.

Not to one-up, but I have been for 15 years. One of my first memories is nearly trying to throw myself over a dam around the age of 2 or 3.

--I'm trying to cut myself off from someone I dearly love, which we know is comparable to performing surgery on yourself.
--I just was passed over for a job that I was praying would keep me from having to go home.
--I'm lonely as can be since I can't seem to find anyone in my religion (that is desirable) that I don't have to cut myself off from, and I have a friend that would be everything for me...except that he's not a member of my faith.
