Unfortunately, I'm done trying to take my life, I've been hospitalized many times so I guess a part of me wants to live. I just wish I was dead. Since it sounds like you care I'll give myself a 5. I just wish ppl weren't so hard to deal with.

It's good that you have that part of you that wants to live. I do too, which is why I'm here.
I care, I would flip if I found out you were dead. Even though I don't know you in person, I still care.
Plus it would mess up my routine (selfish I know, but that's only a small part)

I care too, I like hearing (or rather reading) your posts and laughing at your jokes. I don't know you as a person either but I still consider you a friend.

It'll get better, I understand that foggy feeling. But isn't it slightly better then being depressed?
If it makes your depression worse, please get off it. I just realized that my meds are working slightly, but I still need a higher dose.
I'm a 4...everybody around me is either sick, tired (the extreme kind), or depressed

I went from a -5 to 7 today. I was depressed but now I'm better all thanks to encouraging support from a few people.
