Unfortunately, I'm done trying to take my life, I've been hospitalized many times so I guess a part of me wants to live. I just wish I was dead. Since it sounds like you care I'll give myself a 5. I just wish ppl weren't so hard to deal with. :)

Agreed, sometimes people just drive us crazy :P

It's good that you have that part of you that wants to live. I do too, which is why I'm here.

I care, I would flip if I found out you were dead. Even though I don't know you in person, I still care.

Plus it would mess up my routine (selfish I know, but that's only a small part)

I care too, I like hearing (or rather reading) your posts and laughing at your jokes. I don't know you as a person either but I still consider you a friend.

It'll get better, I understand that foggy feeling. But isn't it slightly better then being depressed?

If it makes your depression worse, please get off it. I just realized that my meds are working slightly, but I still need a higher dose.

I'm a 4...everybody around me is either sick, tired (the extreme kind), or depressed :(

So you get them too? I'm less worried now. :) And yes, they're better than feeling depressed.

That makes it a 3. :)

I'm not sure if that's the reason

But if you lose enough weight, you don't get them at all.

Maybe it's painful then?

Do you like your therapist?

Only seen the shrink once...I kept forgetting the appointments, tomorrow's I have remembered, but only because my issues have gotten worse.

Periods stopped once before...I wish they would stop actually as they always are very messy, heavy and bloat me up.

Yeah, but it's unhealthy...
Maybe put a star on a calendar to remember?

I went from a -5 to 7 today. I was depressed but now I'm better all thanks to encouraging support from a few people. :D
