I've got a fever/flu... feels like my throat and stomach are on fire
my brother is being an @#$... he left fingernail marks in both my wrists.

There are always a few nasty individuals on this forum who like to try and make someone feel worse for having issues and raising them.

I have no sympathy for those with autism who are judged unfairly by others when they judge others unfairly themselves.

I saw a board where a member who I thought I liked told another member (who I like very much, and relate to a lot) to just kill herself already since she's complaining so much.
As I've been suicidal before, and most days I'm happy that I didn't actually do it, this makes me EXTREMELY angry!

My god!! ! What makes people like that!?

I've been discouraged lately, I can't figure out how to do my programming homework and I've lost motivation to do my other assignments as well.

Today I am an 8 but feeling very hungry, I could eat cake and make a 9 easily, with a nice cup of tea that would make a 10 for a good while

Feeling depressed again but strangely my mood is slowly improving, perhaps everything will be alright after all.

I'm upset that people can be so nasty to other people and feel justified for doing so. (I won't go into much details on this part as I believe it's against the rules to talk about other members. This is the same person that I mentioned before however.)

I'm also remincing about the good times with my father, and how he ruined them.

Oh, I realized I'm actually a -9. I would be a -10 if I wasn't feeling all that suicidal, just extremely sad.

A bit on the down side.

0. I got the day off work, now I have nothing to do.

Caffeine seems to make me feel ill these days, giving me panic attacks and making my OCD very very bad. I love coffee and it upsets me that I have to pay for enjoying it.

I keep checking the thickness of my clothes in certain areas obsessively, thinking my size might be making them thinner.
