I struggle with both anorexia and bulimia but I'm not bone thin. But yes they don't like aspies because of a member named hannah capps that they had trouble with, who by the way, I am friends with and I think she is very nice.

LOL oh man, banned? A few perhaps... but disliked?? Too many to count. Even been accused of being a troll all because I didn't agree with one person or another. Oh well.

I was banned from a military forum for pointing out the truth (something about how it's not actually "terrorism" to target a foreign occupying army, and it's a perfectly legitimate military operation, plus the death of a soldier from said foreign army is no more worthy of mourn than those who target said foreign army when they die too, to those who're unrelated to either).

As usual, I was logical, polite and cordial, if a little sarcastic here and there.

I've been banned a couple of times, and its always been for arguing. On one site, I was banned for arguing with the admin over one of the rules (I said it was inefficent).

Disliked? Must of been about a million times, since I generally don't hold back my thoughts or feelings on a matter. I think it was unfair that I recieved a warning that didn't go down for nealy a year because I accidently smiting a staff member, and I said so. I felt that it was unfair for people to gang up on people who had joined underage (since having been someone who did so myself I felt they were being harsh) and I said so. Then they started attacking me, and the admin overlooked this small fact.

Yeah, I'm disliked in many places.

Proof that the admins on the board I just got banned from are power hungry morons:

"it's over; that's it. Logan's exposed, and gone, and that's what i was aiming at. Fossy is gone, too. she was a disruptive influence, and i intended for her to go disrupt something else. i could not sway a 'banning' of the two of them, so i did what i thought i had to do, and i don't give a s**t what anyone thinks. i do my duty as i see it, and i don't ask for approval afterwards, although this turned out damn good after all was said and done-if i have to pat meself on the back, by god, i will-so there heehee.

one of the criteria i was functioning 'within' under the wishes of the admins was 'no banning', so i decided i would run the two of them off. i did not ask permission; i dint like what 'logan' was doing to mel and Adain, and had done to a couple of others-'he' sweet talked you, and you don't want to admit it-'you were just playing' lol. with 'Logan', i decided all other alternatives took too much time and were too inefficient. when you learn to do battle like i can, then you can take my place, if you're woman enough. lol! you were sucking up to logan like a remora to a shark....lol! having a lil fantasy, were ya? heehee....too bad there was no international dating for the two of you; now you'll have to go try e-harmony. maybe someone interesting is lurking over there, too....Smile try to be sure what sex they are before you get in their car, ok? Smile"

And this comes from a guy who supposedly believes in free speech and was always dead against banning anyone. talk about backhanded insults and passive aggressiveness!! ! I'm really glad I'm not on that board nemore because this person is disgusting. This person is sitting there beaming that he has gotten people kicked off of a message board. This is on a public part of a board for highly sensitive people that he posted this!

Its not easy, being on boards. I remember the first board I ever posted on, back in 2004. I used to put up threads and post and noone ever replied to my posts and threads... they either seemed to think my posts were too odd, or something I was doing was not hitting the right note.... I think posting is nearly as complicated as real-life communication, though real life is so so much more confusing.

I think posting is worse because people will do mean things that they would never do in real life on message boards, and you can't just walk away on the net. But that guy is so icky now. He used to be one of my buddies on that site and just because I didn't like the fact that he was trying to force his ideas on me and I didn't want his advice, he turned into a mean, vindictive person. I would never try to get him kicked off of a message board. That's so underhanded and sneaky that he was doing that. I wouldn't have thought he was like that but he really has a nasty side to him.

EDIT: What's also bizarre is that he just randomly brought up my name. They were talking about that Logan person. I don't get why he had the nerve to bring my name up. I hate that crap!

They have now announced that they put that thread and other threads on a board that only the members can see. Gee I wonder why they did that? lol They said it was because they didn't want to upset their members. Nice cover up bozos.

I found that there were boards that were far more stressful than others to be on. That one sounds like one of them. ^
You are better off without boards like that.

Whoa Fossy. That message from the mod was practically incoherent! The hostility was really coming through, though. Ugh. 8O :x

This is the advice I received, and it's good. 8)

It was hard for me to pull back emotionally, though, since I had invested so much, and it might be the same for you - so vent away as much as you need to.

Yeah I'm banned from it but I have been surfing anonymously under a different IP address and looking at the page that non members can see. It's kind of addictive behavior and I need to cut it out. lol

That person says they don't get angry but I'm sorry. I don't buy it. lol
