-7. I think the only times I feel neutral is when I zone myself out, and ignore how physically and mentally ill I always am, and how I'll never be self-sufficient the way I'm expected to be.

Mentally content, bodily wrecked. I have ME as well as AS and I went out to the library yesterday and decided to walk to the river, its not that far, I just used too much energy so, mind 8, body 1.

Don't think you can go into negative numbers with your body, that would be illogical and mean you didn't have one.

I would say a 6. I am a little moody these days as I am trying to initiate some changes in my life. I have too much time on my hands, and thus overthink. Must get off my ass and do more contructive things. Looking forward too what spring brings!
