Do you know what kind of things set you off?
By learning what sets me off, sometimes I can work to head things off, change things before I can't handle it, before it starts. You might keep a journal to track what happened before you got angry, and that will show you better what's going on.
I leave the situation as quickly as possible, and go someplace safe and hug myself hard and rock. Sometimes I will go scream to the sky.
Try very hard not to scream at other living beings... people, dogs, cats... it scares them and complicates things for you down the road.
You can always come here and rant... lots of us do.
