Sorry to hear this but it seems like you may be getting the help you need - finding a better place to stay. I am recovering (almost 100%) from a broken ankle, and Kitty who posts in these forums also has a broken ankle. There are times, Angnix, when you need to simply accept not being able to do much, and just rest and recover. With the broken ankle you CANNOT do much moving, and your husband is also laid up. Maybe that adult protective services agency can have someone pack with you. Please accept all help offered, and if you need more than you are getting, request more and explain why.
Are you on Social Security Disability? I'm not sure if you have enough employment quarters to qualify, but your combined impairments (primarily psychiatric) ought to qualify you. You can apply for it online, and that might be a productive thing to do while you are idle. I applied for mine while home from work with pancreatitis. It gave me something to do.
Psychologically, acknowledging "I am unable to work" is very demoralizing. Look at it this way, you really don't know what the future holds; but you have certainly been trying very hard, anyone in these forums can attest to that. So maybe it's okay to be someone who gets - and deserves - help. I actually think that without the housing uncertainty you have had, you might be able to hold a job. So hope for the best, but plan for the worst.
Feel better soon!
