I had to get my cat put to sleep

I had to get Charlie Lulu(my old siamese-type cat) put to sleep yesterday. Her kidneys were probably failing and she'd been throwing up a lot, so she'd probably have starved to death soon if I hadn't. But it still sucks. A lot.

I'm sorry. I know how hard it can be. My cat Hank was put to sleep last year because he had organ failure. It's not easy, even though you know it was for the best.

Awww, what a cute kitty, I feel for your loss. In 2006 I had to put my cat Cuddles down because he stopped eating, he lost a lot of weight and was drinking a ton of water, which meant his kidneys was on the way out too.

He was 18 and 1/2 years old, so he had a good long life.

How old was your kitty?

I'm not sure. I found her in September 2007 and she was laready in rough shape.
