i just had to pay 700 krones to fix my cat from a mauling.

today, on my way to the store, i heard some dog-encouraging sounds way back NEXT TO MY HOUSE
i turn and see a guy going "yah! yah!" and charging his dog for a cat, chasing it through gardens, then praising the dog when it returned.

OUTSIDE MY HOUSE.

he even SAW ME walk past the same cat, and even greet it, as i often do neighbor cats.

i stopped, and waited for him, and began shaking, getting ready for autie-aggression blind-violence showdown. then he hurried away through another path next to my house, on his bicycle.

i wanna destroy his dog, i had my keys ready to stab its eyes out if it came for me.
and yes f**k his dog. its just another animal unlucky enough to be owned by an as*hole. there are no "programs" here, the dogs better off dead. yes.

ive often heard that sudden barking outside my window, and praising voices following, it wouldnt surprise me if its been the same as*hole every time.

im SO furious.

i want him to come back. to try.

The dog's only doing what he's being trained to do. If you know the owner's name or address, you can turn him in for animal cruelty and hopefully his dog will get a better master.

Thiat is gonna be a nasty show, im sure. I don't like dogs, many of them BARK at me for no reason, sometimes i feel like kicking their head of when they do so, the only thing i need to do it is to borrow holy adhd power and some candy things and then let the dog havitt.

if i knew, i'd be on the phone w the cops. bicyclists use the road next to my house back and from work. i live just near enough the city for people to walk past a lot. i have no idea where he resides, only that he obviously passes through here.

obviously.... i should talk to him. yell at him. threaten to rip his dogs head off. instead of actually using violence. obviously. im just so furious :(

Videotape him. He'll behave better, you'll have evidence, AND he might even confront you as you desire. win-win-win.

Otherwise, (in America) having your dog chase a cat is not cruelty in-and-of-itself unless it causes the animal some injury. Source: http://www.aspca.org/fight-animal-cruel ... hatiscruel. But you're paying old crones to fix your cat. So either you believe in black magic or you are not in America...

Sweden would be my guess.

I second video taping him. Show it to the police and post it on Youtube so that your neighbors know who is doing it.

im in norway. it doesnt count as cruelty here either. but letting dogs run loose = illegal.

doesnt help me much tho, cus i dont have a camera. but even IF i knew who he is, that would be my only legal leverage, the dog running loose, even aggitated into aggression by his owner (who btw is on a bicycle)

but hes a total stranger, i have no idea where he lives so, im pretty much on empty ground.

700 krones would be more or less 100 bucks, so its not like a sum i can use against anyone.

right now, im down to where i imagine "street justice" being the only thing that would work. and for that, i trust in my little (but larger) brother instead :D i know its crude, but i doubt cops will lift a finger to save neighborhood cats beyond pretending to care, and then this as*hole comes by again w his dog.
at least give the guy a message. SOME ammounts of nerve are simply not to be tolerated so easily :(

and dont get me wrong, not promoting violence, and ive relaxed, so im done dreaming about jumping on his head, but he DOES deserve a menacing talk. and for that im probably better off allying w my more buffed up lil brother :D
it just really is a crossed line, and right now i have ZIP to offer police, and even if i did,... pf. people here are grunts. grunts w sophisticated cellphones.

Don't kill the dog, kill the guy. I know I shouldn't say that.. :? If you kill the dog, the guy will just train another dog to do the same thing. I hate people who pull crap like that.

That's messed up that they don't count that as cruelty because the whole premise behind those laws here is if the animal is encouraged to be aggressive it increases the odds they will attack another animal or a person and then get themselves a death sentence on top of the just general danger to people and other animals. If you can find a cop that would listen, tell them your worried he might start doing the same to kids, or that the dog might get confused with all the praise for chasing the cats that he might aim for more from chasing a kid soon. That doesn't work then maybe just get a dog to chase him down and see how he likes it (or get a big guy to chase him while barking. At the very least that would be funny to watch).

"a big guy" is the plan :D

i can simply not use cops, cus theyll ask who he is:
dunno
what he looks like:
dunno
where he lives:
dunno

what exactly did he do?
"he said yah yah then he said good dog!"

the only thing norwegian cops EVER did for animals, was to shoot them in the head.
in this city, police has shot (in the head) dogs, cats, sheep, foxes, deer, moose AND badgers.
why?
for being in danger, trouble, afraid, lost or ill.

i HATE this country. as i said, its all cellphones and internet and hightech gadgets all around, but we're a bunch of idiot grunts...
