So we're in Hamilton visiting the grandparents. Last time I was here, I was meeting a person I was in a long distance relationship with. This was almost six or seven months ago. So much has happened since then. She lives in this city and I'm terrified of running into her. I'm not leaving this house.

I'm just remembering the relationship and how I did everything wrong. It ended in an extremely messy break that was entirely my fault. I would love to be able to repair things with her, but I've done far, far too much to her to ever do that. Plus I've been in another relationship since we broke things off. I think if I did confront her I'd collapse from the stress.

Doesn't help at all that I'm putting on an act of happiness in front of my grandparents. I rarely get to see them and I don't want to depress them with my crap. They've been slowly weakening over the past couple months too, so their time might be coming.

I just needed to talk again. :\ This is really stressing me out. I'm gonna have a meltdown if I'm not careful.

I know the feeling. You know your grandparents care, but you also care for them and do not want to stress them.

How long will you be visiting there?

We'll be leaving tomorrow morning, so I'll hopefully be better then. If not, well... It's a three hour drive back home. Plenty of time to get my stuff together.

Ah, so you do not have long to go!

Do your best to get some decent sleep ... and then in the morning give your grandparents a goodbye hug even for me, if you hug. My own grandparents have been gone for a long time now.

Jonsi, if you are referring to Hamilton, Ontario then Hamilton is about 2/3rds the size of Toronto and your likelihood of running into your former partner is highly unlikely unless she were to unexpectedly show up at the place you are staying. There are like 200,000 citizens of Hamilton so I don't think you will have anything to worry about.

Oh, I will. :D I could never leave without giving them a hug.

Khan, trust me, with my luck, regardless of the population, we would run into eachother. She's supposed to be moving in the spring to madoc, as far as I remember. So until spring passes, I am not venturing farther than the front yard.
