I am extremely stressed because of many things happening at once. They are going to happen no matter what I do. I would like some ideas on how to get through the next few weeks.

I have very few coping strategies that I use regularly, and I need more. My strategies are writing or talking about the problems, distraction, and doing something calming but I only have a few things. I don't have a good ability to imagine, and I cannot exercise because of physical problems :(

Hi dreamy, What sorts of things are going to happen? I know spring can be busy with graduations, weddings, etc. Do you have some big events coming up? After you post, if you scroll to the bottom, it will give the names of related threads where similar things have been discussed. And near the top, there is a search box, so if you search for coping strategies, you will find threads from the past. If you can give us more specifics on what is going to happen, it might help us share coping strategies that have worked for us in similar situations.

Just to clarify, after you post, click on view your submitted message, then scroll down for the list of similar threads. I found that useful a while ago when I wanted information on weighted blankets.
