I just learned my cousin who is a few years older then me died. His girlfriend found him and they brought him to the hospital and they could not revivie him. He pretty much always had a substance abuse problem. :( :( :(

People wonder why I am so against drugs. THIS IS WHY. I've seen what they do to people close to me.

I'm sorry for your loss, drugs are one of the worst things that have ever been created.

We saw each other from time to time. Not that close as other cousin, but I think that is normal with my AS.

I'm not close with any of my cousins either, though really that's not my fault *grumbles at manipulative grandmother*
Still, it must be rough. I wish you all the best, I wish I could say something that wasn't a bunch of recycled sympathy, even if it's genuine.

I'm sorry for the loss of your cousin. :(

I'm not that close to my cousin on my dad's side.

My sympathies for your loss. Drugs (among which I definitely reckon alcohol as well) are terrible things if abused, and they often are.

I grieve with you.
