So funny thing. I've had this paranoia lately, where I would worry about being misunderstood or saying something out loud I didn't mean to. I'd often spend a lot of time dwelling after the fact.
So I've stopped now. Don't know how I did it. But it's almost completely stopped.

But lately I've been feeling like my throat is closing. It's been happening a lot. It's rather unpleasant. It's worst when I'm not focused on anything and when I'm playing Resident Evil (I like that game a lot, but I often worry about missing items)

Since I started writing here on WP tonight it's eased up. I've also been rereading my writing a lot here. That's part of the paranoia I described earlier.

I also donated blood a little before this crap started. I don't know if or how that could be related though.

So I wonder if there is some connection between the paranoia going away and the throat thing.

Is anyone familiar with this throat sensation? Anyone know any possible causes? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

You should probably see a doctor.
I could be wrong, but to me it sounds like asthma, or it could be that your throat is swelling because of an allergy. If you're not breathing quite sufficiently enough, it can impact your stress levels.
I wish you good luck.
