Still can't get an amnesia affect

I still can't forget bad things from last year. I was STILL naive! I just want to scream because of it! I have a feeling I'm still naive and should just punish myself already.

Realizing how naive you were last year means that you are less naive now; in your case you could see it as a sign of improvement.

It is not good to punish yourself over the past--it does not accomplish anything.

its nearly imposible to forget things that happend a year ago. you can forget things when they just happend or if your realy old and have alzheimer or something. long term memory is hard to alter. i'm realy sorry for wathever happend to you but maybe its better to accept rather then to forget.
