Just a tip - don't worry if you feel bad after the first meeting. Others told me it happened to them but then enjoyed it, I still worried of course, but the same happened for me. As long as you think the psychologist is nice enough as a person, not arrogant, and respects you - if you feel bad about exposing yourself, and talking about difficulties, it's natural.
I stopped for a while, convinced myself I'm better since I was so afraid after the first meetings, but later on got back to it. I don't regret stopping, it was right for the time, but I'm glad I continued therapy later on.
You can learn from other's mistakes (although it's hard, I know...) - it's sometimes necessary to feel pain in order to feel better. You have to deal with your problems, including saying them to someone. So my biggest advice - even if you are afraid and don't want to come back, and even if you do stop for a while, don't dismiss the whole idea. As long as you know you're doing something difficult in order to feel better - try to think about the positives as much as possible.
