I haven't felt myself for the last week or so. I have been feeling tired during the day. I feel a little tired right now, and I have only been awake for two hours or so this morning. I usually get about 5-7 hours of sleep a night. Go to bed about 1 and wake up about seven. Before last week, I felt normal, but now I feel lethargic, my stomach has occasionally been watery-feeling. I just don't know what is wrong with me.

I am going through a lot of things lately. My sister has been having relationship problems for the last few months. All I have been hearing last several weeks is her yelling at her boyfriend. She has been saying she is going to move out, but things have been seesawing back and forth for a long time. I have a major research paper due date coming up. My family recently found a new house, and we are going to be moving by the end of the month.

I worry about having some disease or health problem, but I have been a hypochondriac since I was little.

Sounds like stress to me, which isn't anything to disregard.

Could be you're coming down with something and your immune system is loading you down.

Try taking some vitamin D, vitamin C & get a lot of protein. Drink a lot of green tea, maybe.

Well, need at least 7-9 hours of sleep (try going to bed around 10 or 11 if it can be helped) . . . take a good 45 - 50 min walk each day (when i do this, i wear a cap and sun glasses to maintain some level of comfort due to sensory issues). Also, tell your sister that her situation is stressing you out and its apparently not been healthy for either of you (admittedly, im not experienced with relationship issues, but when all else fails, rationality ftw).
