I found that the drugs greatly help my comorbids. Unlike most, I got a HUGE benefit from risperdal, and greatly noticed a BIG increase in agitation when I went off it. I have a number of comorbids, and take a pill for each. Strattera for ADHD (sometimes people can't tolerate this and similar "non-stimulant drugs"), Luvox for OCD, Neurontin for general neurological issues and to help me drive (I live in California, so I HAVE to be able to drive), Haldol/haloperidol for tourettes, and Risperdal for agitation/anger. I also take two different sleeping pills. I have acid reflux, and use papaya enzyme pills that work FAR better than Nexium, and I am anemic and take chelated iron, and CoQ10 for high blood pressure (because I'm fat). So yeah, I'm on a lot of stuff, and it helps. Your mileage may vary.
