I would like to share some positivity with anyone feeling a little hurt by any problems.

I wish for everyone to feel well and rejoice in themselves and their own values and brilliance as a human being.

My power animal is a shark

That's a good message, and I was going to post something like this, but I was too shy. I didn't know what responses I was going to get.

People try to hurt you because they themselves are suffering.

Learn to show pity towards rude and vicious people, in general.

The exception is people you work with or meet regularly.

If they are hurting you something needs to get sorted out. They could turn others against you. You become isolated at work and the next thing you know is that you've been laid off.

In that case it is wise to fight fire with fire. Make allies and treat them well. You must have others on your side to survive. And there will always be at least one person who would love to see you kicked out of the office.

What motivates these people? The exercise of POWER. Often they have dead-end jobs and rely on bullying weaker people to fulfil their megalomania.

We call them careerists.
