Is this just the human condition? I feel like hitting someone all the time. I'm also perpetually scared of someone taking a bat and swinging it at the back of my head, splitting it open. Whenever I'm eating out, I'm afraid of a drive by killing me. It's like I feel vaguely itchy too, and jumpy, and I'm worried something horrifying is just around the corner. Anybody? Help?

No, what you described is definitely NOT part of the human condition! Please get to a doctor/clinic/ ER as soon as possible 'cause otherwise something might cause you to act on one of the elements you described in a very bad manner that ends up with the police getting involved. Don't need to do that!! !

As much as possible, I wish you peace in the meantime.

Consider seeing a psychiatrist. That sort of thing can be helped with meds. Meds won't make you oblivious to real dangers either.

That sounds a bit OCDish. You might look up "intrusive thoughts." If it is meds can sometimes help that, if it's driving you nuts.

You're onto something. I think I have OCD traits, with the ruminating of trivial things, and the hellishly violent ideology I keep experiencing. I thought maybe it's part of being human at first, but I'm still disturbed by it.

You need to look into food intolerances and allergies. Take my advice and trust me!

Look into avoiding gluten, dairy MSG and processed foods.

Read all about it here.

Rage, depression, anger, OCD are all symptoms of food allergies. These can be lessened and controlled with a good diet.

Paranoia and OCD are the result of a serious chemical imbalance in the brain that diet alone is not going to fix.

Diet is everything. You are what you eat.

Two facts:
1. The diagnosis of ADD/ADHD/autism/depression and people that "show symptoms" of these so-called "diseases" are growing.
2. Processed food, gluten, MSG additives are at an all time high.

Put 2 and 2 together and get 4.

It's the food, trust me.

saying someone has depression or a chemical imbalance tells you nothing. That's just a description for what they see to be experiencing, with most people who suffer from these things they are cured with a strict diet.

And I mean strict. Keep in mind all the food you eat is loaded with MSG and high amounts of gluten. And who is eating this food? The majority, no wonder there's so many depressed people.

Societies that still live in the wilderness eating natural foods and animal sources simply don't have autism/ADD/depression to the extent that the western and asian world does.

Read up, educate yourself then you can make an informed opinion.

Just planting seeds, antidepressants are not a solution. They masks the symptoms.

That's sh***y.

I volunteer with autistic kids and their parents eventually give up on special diets due to a lack of results.

You have overlooked the genetic factor too.

If the kids are lacking nutrients, that can be determined by a blood test.

Blood tests are not completely accurate for gluten, and they don't detect gluten sensitivity.

Only celiac disease, which is something that gluten sensitivity causes.

Also, there is no test to see who "cannot have MSG'. People avoid it without doctor's advice and cure most of their ailments.

Just the way it is, if you eat processed food you can't expect to be happy. Some people can eat it and be fine, but really they will develop conditions later in life. While other people like me and many aspies get f****d up bowel movements, needing to stim, anxiety, feeling of not being stimulated enough or happy. Extreme pain when seeing bright lights. All MSG symptoms as well as gluten(which contains high amounts of free and processed glutamates). especially processed food and crappy processed grains.

It's not good food, it's full of additives and toxins.

The biggest problem is most people on these forums represent the unhappy aspies. There are many aspies/ADHD people who live happy lives because they avoid processed/additives/milk/soy/gluten.

Trust me!! !!

Peace and love.
