I got my husband written up

Over the weekend I was cleaning and I picked up my husband's building pass and hung it on the mirror where he always used to put it. But today this evening he called me during his lunch break to tell me he got written up for being 45 minutes late to work because he couldn't find his pass. He needs it to get in the building. He even called my supervisor to try and reach me and he even had to tear the whole apartment apart to find it and then he saw it was on the mirror. I told him how can he not see it, did it fall off or something. He told me it was behind the mirror and the wind must have blown it because we have the window open. So we had a little argument over the pass because he was saying how I can't move his stuff and I told him don't leave it in the wrong spot, I hung it on the mirror where he used to put it and he said he didn't see it and he was late for work. he even said that's why we need another phone but we can't afford one right now. He said he didn't mean right this second.

So yeah I accidentally got him written up.

It sounds like an accident, not your fault. And his boss sounds like a jerk.
