I figured with a new month and all it was time to make some decision.

Today is Sunday so I won't get a reaction until whatever next business day they decide to check their messages.

I was interested in a clinic up in Seattle. I was thinking they might be able to evaluate me for a diagnosis. After careful consideration I have decided they are not qualified. I sent them e-mail telling them I am no longer interested in their services, that they can take me off their waiting list. I tried to calmly tell her the reasons for my decision, that, frankly, they are not qualified. Too bad so sad for them.

I am in the process of firing my clinician. Notice I said clinician and not therapist. My mental health clinic employs clinicians who basically have a BA degree, and are underqualified and overworked. I have been having trouble with my clinician and it has gotten to the point that it is no longer a therapeutic relationship. I'm worried she will get angry at me and try to negotiate some deal. Basically, I really want someone new, or no one at all.

I'm worried how my week will go.

Other than that I did two loads of laundry and cleaned my apartment.

Trust in that I've *done* quite a few psychs myself, the hard way. It's like Buffy the Vampire Slayer but scarier. All in a day's work.
