The past couple of years have been a bit like that for me, and it somehow seems strange to have outlived people I had thought should/would have outlived me.

This last person was in his thirties, the 2 before were barely in their 20s. I wasnt expecting to outlive any of them but just cant see how or why its happened to some of the best people i have known in my life. Isnt there enough as*holes in this earth?

Sincere sympathy from one who just lost the only relative he could ever talk to. I lucked out - my first significan death came when I was 30+, and they have been spread out. But it is a fragile world.

No big wise words - they ht the wrong spot anyway. Just - it is big. it is hard. bue even mountain ranges flattgen into the dust eventually.

I've had a pretty sucky summer, as well. I'm sorry about the death of your friend. I've been dealing with a death that everybody here knows about, by now. I'm sorry about your loss, and I hope that you start to feel better, soon. I hope that none of my friends die anytime, soon.
