What if the reality that you experience was just made for you. The world that you live in is a game where you have to overcome certain obstacles to actually become a complete being and graduate into true reality. Your family are just extensions of you, you control them kind of like whatever you do, they respond in a certain way, then you grow out of that and then the people around you are teaching you other lessons. The basic theme is that everything that you see is programmed into your life and no one around you are real.

Or an evil deceiver has set everything up so it appears real...and all we can ever know is that we exist?

Cogito...ergo sum...everything else...who knows?

Descartes had it right, until he started backpeddling...in my not so humble opinion :) IOW, I agree with him, and you, that it's possible.

thats why the world tells you to be at ONE, be one consciousness, yada yada, because everything in this world are just parts of you, that are controlled based on how you interact with them. I was sitting in my room tonight with my family and it just seemed like they were extensions of myself, that I had created, or were created to guide me into a certain direction and life outside of that are different parts of me. I interact with all of you to learn more about myself and ultimately everything in this world comes together as one and I become a planet. That is my true reality. Or a solar system.

Interesting, but what you describe is a kind of solipsism, which is a way many Aspergians look at the world. When I was growing up (and still to a small extent now), I felt that the reality I knew was created by me and and my perception was all that existed. It's natural for this perpective to grow out of a lack of ability to grow close to others emotionally or out of the inability to get inside their heads.

It doesn't matter, does it? How does it affect your life? Does it stop you from having to get a job?

Solipsism was my obsession at the point too. I wish it was true.

Exactly the way I have thought recently, and it scares me because it sounds I'm going crazy.

Sometimes I think the opposite, something in the back of my mind telling me I'm the universe, the person beside me, a rock, we're all one same thing, which is similar to pantheism.

For you that think that way and want to think more about it, I recommend Alan Watts videos on yt.

I have felt that way before. On the Kiersey personality test I always come up as intuitive. Sometimes it freaks me out that I will know something before it happens but mostly I find it fun and realize my brain is just getting better at predicting other people's behavior.
In other words think of other reasons why you feel the way you do. Humans are group animals and sometimes we forget that.

I've thought about that before. I sometimes wonder if I'm the only one who thinks in the way I do. I've always wanted to know how others think and perceive the world. Everyone else's mind could be like a computer for all I know, programed to give certain responses. I could be the only one who thinks freely. Ya, know?

I will tell you my theory of my existence:-
Since I was about 12, I've been wondering if nothing exists at all - even me. I might be an atom or some other sort of element in space, just dreaming my life, and when the atom destroys then I die. Every other human being on this planet might be just in this atom's ''dream''.
The Earth and even all the other planets don't exist. Nothing exists - just a few elements, compounds and atoms in space. Even the sun doesn't exist. Nothing. (I don't know much about this sciencey stuff, and it's not my special interest either. I'm just giving my theory).
These thoughts start coming to my head because I look around at buildings and other places, and how professionally they are built. How did people know where to start? Where did all the different materials in the world originally come from? Society is too perfect to exist.

That was just my theory of life. It's probably making all you think now, too!
But it probably ain't true - it's just my curious mind. But could it be?.

Does everyone have a solipsism phase then?

Why's this in the haven? Mine is the only mind of which I can be reasonably sure exists, help me?

I never did. Or maybe I've simply yet to.
