I used to go see this therapist for people on the spectrum who always brought up weight as a problem for me. I had told her that I'm happy with my body, but the presistant old hag kept bringing it up. I've stopped going to my DBT program. My mom said I won't go back to seeing her but what do I do if she brings it up again?

I'd probably ask her why she feels the need to keep bringing it up.

Ask her if your weight is an issue for her. If she says no, then tell her that you'd prefer to focus on the things that ARE bothering you, and not your weight. If that doesn't work, tell her to f**k off. (Just kidding.)
