It might be physical causes.
I discovered that just this week (after at least four years of searching :wall:) that oxygen shortage was the most likely cause of me feeling bad for no reason.

I got sick a few weeks ago and continued to feel VERY depressed for well over a week after I was technically over the illness--has anything like that happened?

i guess its a combination of tirdness and lingering angst and lonelyness, everyone (in the group i hang out with) has a boyfriend or girlfriend, i guess im just feel....left out?

Okay, well, tiredness can be partially physical too. Are you having trouble sleeping (that can come from depression)?

As for feeling left out because you are not in a couple, do you still enjoy hanging out with these people? Do any of them know how you feel? Maybe someone has a friend they could introduce you to.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I hope these feelings pass soon.

Take care.
