Hello everyone,

My name is John and I suffer from severe anxieties and depression and of course Asperger's Syndrome. I see a psychologist and psychiatrist. I take Clominpramine 150mg, Abilify (15mg), Ritalin (10mg) and Fluvoximine. Even though I am doing okay in my classes online, I feel lethargic and forgetful. This often happens in the fall months when the days are cloudy and short. Even though I just got my associate's degree and only need about 40 credits for my Bachelor's, I still feel like I'll never finish... :(

Also, I feel like I'll never move out (I'll be 23 in March 2011). I also have a continuous need to buy computer parts, and I must have spent at least $10,000 in the last year on computer equipment. What do you recommend I do to stop this?

Hey John,

that's a tough one. Mmmh... Do you have a savings bank account separate to that you use daily? Because storing money on that one could be a way to make you think before you spend money, if you have to go to the bank every time to get money out of it. It would already be a kind of obstacle... If you see you have to wait a bit before getting the money, by the time you get it you might already be over it.

Good luck!

Maybe a little extra vitamin D would boost your mood and performance in the dark months. Try a supplement, or (my preference) add some (more?) eggs or fish into your diet. Peace.
