With AS, it can be difficult for us to take controll of a situation or make ourselves do things that we need to do. At other times, we fly off the handle and totally over-control a situation. If you manage to get yourself to the ER again and they refuse you medical care, it might be time to fly off the handle. After all, you have more than your own health and well-being to look after.
Perhaps a friend could annonymously "inform" the local TV news about the hospital's senseless act toward a pregnant woman. I'm in Los Angeles, a very large city with millions of people, and hospitals here end up on TV for their poor treatment of homeless people. I would think that a pregnant woman with a neurological disorder and symptoms of a physical illness getting turned away at the ER would get even more attention.
