First of all, I am very sorry for my foul, racist mouth on here. I should start using my words instead of bullying and abusing myself. Aside from that. I am having alot of self esteem issues. I feel like I'm ugly. Not on the outside but the inside. I think I'm too loud, selfish and hurtful people. Everybody says "That's not true. Be happy with who you are Sam." I can't! It's hard to be sastified with yourself when you know that your pretty but ugly on the inside. Any help? I'm in a pickle here...

What is the source or origin of the "ugly"?

Do you think/believe/feel you have been driven into it, or were you drawn?

Or, is that maybe just where you ended up while looking for an identity or a place to fit in or belong?

I think it's my heritage's fault.

Very possible ...

Quote:
"Heritage" refers to something inherited from the past ...
Tradition: customs and practices inherited (handed down) from ancestors;
Heredity: biological inheritance of physical characteristics;
Birthright: something inherited due to the place, time, or circumstances of someone's birth;
Kinship: the relationship between entities that share a genealogical origin.

So then, maybe you should begin looking for a different identity or place to fit in or belong ... and my own "ugly" never began going away until I had begun pushing it out with something else coming in.
