What kind of hearth decease detectors are out there? I know cardiotocography. How else they detect hearth problems?

I believe cardiotocography is for checking the heart of a fetus in the womb, and I have had EKGs and stress tests for my own heart. The EKG is like an overall test that only takes a a few minutes with some sensors taped to your chest and torso. If you are experiencing any chest pains or feeling your hearting pounding hard or skipping beats or being irregular or beating very rapidly, you can get checked at just about any clinic or cardiologist's office unless you cannot wait for an appointment and just go to an emergency room at a hospital.

Also i have a low fever in left armpit(2 months now) but right one has no fever. And my left hand is slightly numb and my left side of chest feels heavy and hot and uncomfortable. Also my heart sometimes gives needle pain. And i always feel like i can feel my heart but not the beat of it. I get anxieties, i have fear of death. I don't want to die too young.

You might consider visiting a doctor of internal medicine. Many years ago, I had a swollen lymph node producing similar symptoms ... and it turned out to be benign. I do not know what causes the "needle pain" you have mentioned, but I am pretty sure that is not actually from my heart. Overall, I suspect finding some relief for your stress and anxiety will help reduce many of your symptoms tremendously, and that can begin with some sure answers from a good doctor.

I hope that you get the medical help that you need. I don't want you to die yet, either.

I would go to the doctor and express your concerns.
