This has been the bane of my life. I can't let things go, and feel better only once I've had another's perspective. I wish I could finally grow out of this, but I don't know how I'll be able to.

Get them clear for yourself, handle them as far as you can. Have peace with what is left, treat it further if you are able.

Or get help.

I feel the need to talk about my problems, and finding people who are willing to listen makes a big difference.

Everyone's like this, the ones who aren't are abnormal.

I don't talk about my problems, it never solved anything and it made me feel even more sad

So do I, and that's true for many people. Talking about your problems can be a good thing if the person you're talking to understands or is at least a good listener.
I go to CBT for a phobia I have, and I like talking to the psychologist because I can tell her everything, really I have to or else I can't get sorted. Not even my own mum knows what goes on in my head half the time.

I often am afraid of telling people about my problems, for fear of mockery I guess, but as soon as someone asks me it all spills out.

Yes, venting helps me deal with my problems so I'm not overwhelmed & determine who I can really trust.
