hes made it clear we wont be getting bacl together, and now i feel even worse, especcially because of the cuts accross my back leg (stuid barb wire fence)

He doesn't want you especially because of an injury you had on your leg? Wow, thats the lowest form of scum i've heard about in a long time.

I know it hurts now, It's like a knife to the heart, but one day, you will be glad to be rid of him. It may take a while though.

Have you got any friends or family that can take you out to do interesting things in the meantime?
