I don't understand why this site's members are conspiring to get rid of me. They know who they are, and they should know that everything they say is being recorded in my little black book.

Hm. I don't know you, Ackman, but I am sorry that you feel like people are against you- here or anywhere else.

I was being nosy and looked back through your threads. I love your photography, especially of the dog in the snow- yours?

If people have a problem with you, posts like this usually just "add to the fire", so to speak;
best to just ignore them.

It will help defuse the situation, and if they're just looking to get a rise out of you, they'll be utterly disappointed.

Most of the junk that trolls can say on here, I choose to forget. I'd never write that s**t down.

If moderators wanted you off of this forum, they'd get rid of you. There wouldn't be conspiracy or plotting. It would've been done already. I think you've got to take a couple steps away from the situation and realize that what's said on a forum shouldn't be worth recording in the black book. When people say things that aren't nice, they don't know what they're doing. It's stupidity, pure and simple. It's not worth remembering bad stuff from here. You've got a lot of creativity and some really cool things in your life and I'm really afraid you'll drain your energy focusing on worthless negativity. Realize what's stupid and let it go.

I misread your post, Ackman. I thought you said "moderators" not "members". If these are just members and not even people with any actual authority or command power at all over the forum, f*ck 'em. Who cares? Now I strongly emphasize Hanlon's Razor. Those people are clueless.

Probably few people are always liked by everybody, but your friends here just happen to far-and-away outnumber all others.

dude i hate it when people do that at school like they say "ur voted off the island" exclusion sucks...

There is no conspiracy. A conspiracy is when people want to do something, but don't know how, or lack the power to do so. If the mods wanted you gone, they would ban you. Getting banned from here sounds pretty easy, so if you haven't been banned, then it's not that bad.

Chances are, you are doing what I do all the time, which is being way too hard on yourself. All the people that supposedly hate you...most of that is in your head. I know it sounds like a cliche, but think of how much work it is to hate someone. Love is hard work too, just as hard actually.

to the OP: ignore all who aren't helping you in some way. reward the ones who ARE helping you in some way.

Ackman, there isn't a conspiracy. You're as welcome here as anyone else.

I'd also feel very lonely if you left. I was thrilled to find out that I wasn't the only WP member who was open about their special interests.

If you are being harassed, you can always report terms of service violations - they do seem to take those seriously around here.

I love free speech - I encourage you to speak you mind to your hearts content. But the down side of that is that other people can speak their minds as well and often, their opinions will be in total opposition to yours.
