I don't know why, but I am kinda in an extended funk lately. Everything has been going just as well as it usually does, which isn't perfect, but it's ok... but I just don't feel as great about it as I usually do. I wouldn't even call it depression, more just mental fatigue. Don't know what else to say, but just felt like I should get that out there. Thanks.

What rhythm do you wish to dance to right now? Sounds like you what to change the music, do you what to fast forward thought that track and move on down to the next number?

I do that too. That's how I noticed it's a funk, rather than just a fleeting feeling. The music isn't really pulling me out of it. I know it will pass with time, but that doesn't make me any more excited about it right now.

A feeling... Pretty much in my mind. Mental fatigue. I wouldn't even call it a depression at all, I'm not sad, just not motivated.

Are you quite active on your daily life? Its just that I get the feeling that its your body talking to you saying you need some R&R time.

That's exactly it. I haven't really had a moment to slow down for myself, I put an addendum in the work forums to this, and how I wish I could afford to just take a week off without all the bills and everything collapsing around me. Since I can't I am kind of resigned to just working through this.

Sorry I took a bit to get back to you. I had to do a security patrol at work.

You don't need to just take 5 mins a day for "me" time to relax so that your mind can go on vacation. Just try to fit little brakes in your day just for you, intill you can get time off work. I do that myself take some time out in the day just to relax & meditate.
