I am in a sh*tload of trouble and I don't know what to do.

I was really bored at school and I lit pieces of paper on fire under my desk. The administrator told me he would talk to me later. One of my friends told me a kid went to jail for lighting his P.E. uniform on fire so now I'm scared. I don't know what to do I've been considering all kinds of stuff. Suggestions for what to do and how to calm down please.

You probably won't go to jail. It doesn't sound like any serious damage was done.

My guess is you will get internal suspension.

Don't worry, what you have done wasn't that bad I've seen a lot worse when I was at school.

Setting a whole P.E. uniform on fire would be a pretty big fire especially if it was indoors.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you didn't light the desk itself on fire, I don't think you'll be in too much trouble.

The school might would recommended/require you to get a psych evaluation depending on why they think you did it, like if they think your a pyromaniac or if they think you did it without really being aware or understanding your actions. I would suggest being very cooperative, explain that you did it because you were bored & that you were not trying to set the school or fire or anything. Admit that what you did was wrong & potentially very dangerous

The other kid might be trying to just scare you about jail; I wouldn't pay that any mind. The advice that Nick007 gave I think was perfect.

No chance you will go to jail, I think, unless you were to cause further serious problems.

Whatever you do, be very humble, calm tempered, and apologetic, when it is discussed with you, and you will receive the best consequences possible.
