I am sOOO sick of hearing this from stranger who don't know anything about me!

Yeah, I care too much about what people think. I dye my hair? SO? So do a whole lot of aspies! It's so frustrating people are so stupid, I went through a life of hell to be told I didn't have ANY PROBLEM

People are just dumb, idiotic, stupid and narrow minded.

Don't think I'm an aspie? Fly to NZ and look at my diagnosis. I can give you the details on the guy who diagnosed me. As the boy who beat me up for 2 years because I was different.

Ask the kids to made me feel like a freak because I can't socialise.

Ask the people I work with who cut me off as a friend because I don't know what to say.

These people are so useless they have to ruin other peoples lives because their own is so pathetic.

Don't pay any attention to those internet doctors. They don't know you in real life nor have a degree in that field. They annoy me too, they're like finger nails on a chalkboard. I just ignore them and avoid anyone who goes around questioning peoples diagnoses. I am also very critical of those people too who play the internet doctor.

Yeah I hate that too. Maybe I was just a brat growing up and an idiot. In fact maybe I am just an idiot and just a social ret*d. Someone who is just socially awkward and quirky

Some are worse than others, some are trolls and some are just pathetic. I don't feel I should make a video about it because I have nothing to prove to them.. or anyone!

My doctor and kidney specialist are the only ones who tell me I don't seem to "look" autistic. How the f**k do autistic people supose to look like? I keep telling them I had two neuro-psychologists tell me they knew from just conversations with me that I was autistic. My current psychologist is also autistic he has Aspergers like me. My kidney doctor told me if he has Aspergers he must be bad at picking up on people's emotions. So I asked if he has ever had any form of kidney disease he told me no then I asked if not how does he know how to treat it if he never had it before. He then said I see your logic but the two are fields different. :P

I was bullied by a boy for 2 years and he beat me up for one of them. Oh the memories.

coincidental, I had just dealt with this in another forum.

Quote:
I'll buy into this one. Real autism isn't somthing cute and quirky. It's a b***h to deal with.

Good test, hit every person you encounter who says they have Asperger's in the head with a 2x4. If they continue to ramble on about their interest in Chaos Theory and its relation with the NYC bus schedules, they have it. If they crumple into a ball and defecate themselves, they don't. Bonus Asperger's points if they continue to ramble AND defecate themselves.

Seriously, not something you really want to run into.

"Quirky" or socially-retarded people who think they're "special", go

My reply:
Self styled masters of the universe internet policing playing social psychiatrist pube sniffers should go . That means you.

-kind regards, aspergers diagnosed person.

I may or maynot have taken it too far...

I think this is one of the problems that has come as a result of the self-diagnosis bandwagon; too many people claiming ASD symptoms without medical evidence affects the credibility of people who have an official diagnosis.

One of the things I wonder about is how people here socialise through PMs. I've tried talking to people through PM, but that part of my brain just doesn't seem to be there. I can't really talk via PM unless I have specific business.

And did you explain to said moron that there are no medications for autism, and that if the mythical Big Pharma wanted to "keep everyone medicated", they'd try to get us all diagnosed as schizophrenics (like back in the bad old days)?

I know how you feel. People always say, "but you don't look autistic"; even online people consider me a drama queen because they found it I had autism. It made me mad to the point where I was like, well if you don't believe me, fly here and spend a week with me... then you will know. >>;

I can't get any help for what I have because everyone thinks I am normally functioning and don't even realize that I struggle on a day to day basis. I get ridiculed all the time that I've gotten fed up with NTs in real life. The only NTs I deal with are my online friends on facebook.

I get "elitism" comments from other aspies about how I'm "not like them" when they don't know me. Wish they would all f*ck off.

I think I know who you're on about actually, that guy on youtube that makes loads of videos about doctor who. I don't like a lot of his opinions on AS, he's one of those elitist ones that think aspies are somehow above NTs.

Well it's party but by the looks of him he is a narcissist. There are actually quite a few similar people.

Doctor: "Do you have friends?"
Catherine: "I do nowadays."
Doctor: "Do some members of your family have autism or Asperger's?"
Catherine: "Yes..."
Doctor: "Then you don't have Asperger's. I think you want a diagnosis just to fit in with your family."

...what on Earth was that about??? I didn't even get to tell him my symptoms!
