I don't feel down or anything like that. I still like to go to work, ect.. But alot of times i just don't want to do anything. Nothing appeals to me. I feel I've done alot of things and I just don't want to do them anymore. Video games, walking, ect.. I just don't feel like doing anything.

This normal? Anyone else get like this at times?

I do feel the same way, but I think it may just be a case of being uninspired, this has been my attitude for a good...well almost 2 years now, completely uninspired and that can lead to boredom, etc. I would recommend trying to look for something new to do, or try to find something that can inspire you or put you in a good mood. Something like music could help put you in a better mood, even if it's only temporary (it works wonders on me).

You have a case of cabin fever! cab·in fe·ver: Noun: "Irritability, listlessness, and similar symptoms resulting from long confinement or isolation indoors during the winter." I have some cabin fever right now, nothing appeals to me

Certainly this is normal...nearly everyone goes through it at one time or another. Sometimes it is a call for you to pay greater attention to what you are already doing rather than coasting along on auto-pilot. Sometimes it is the way you feel when the subconscious is quietly preparing for some major changes...i.e. a new idea or goal may be "gestating," or you are working out a new level of awareness or maturity within yourself. And sometimes, it can be like the other posters have suggested...just do something new and see if it energizes you a little more. Sometimes body work (massage, acupuncture) can help in releasing pent-up, sluggish energy as well.

Maybe it has something to do with something going on in my subconscious. I have a good job, own my own home, I can pay all my bills, ect.. Just most of the times I just don't want to do anything at home. I feel its OK to do that. I don't feel weird not doing anything. Hard to explain.
