My appointment to see the Doctor is on the 14th, where I am going to talk to get about my possible aspies, and my concentration issues, etc. but I am scared... I mean, what if they don't think anything is wrong with me? What if I all this isn't really happening to me? What if I am just crazy...

I just don't know if I should even trust myself on this... I am confused and scared... and I don't know what to think.

I need guidance...

It may help to bring a list of your symptoms and things that you are having trouble with. Make a copy of the list, and give one to the person evaluating you. That way, you don't have to worry about your mind getting scrambled, forgetting things you want to say, etc.

Keep a copy for yourself, as it may be helpful to you in the future. I hope this helps, and that your session goes well.

You shouldn't have any reason to be scared of the doctor, or his/her assessment.
Doctors are people too. They make mistakes.
They got it dead wrong with me many times.

Besides, doctor's are obligated to maintain confidentiality,
so even if you don't like the assessment and you think it's true,
nobody else has to know anyway.

There is a pretty good chance you will at least get some sort of treatment for anxiety or maybe OCD issues.

I dunno. It sounds to me like you're just overanalyzing yourself into paralysis - which (I think?) is another sign of aspieness. Besides. No doctor can tell you what's happening in your own brain, everyone on earth is crazy in some regard and even experts make mistakes all the damn time. Don't worry.
